Introducing myself (2)

                  Hello! I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Kitty Tsai. I am studying in Lung- Hwa University of Science and Technology on weekend. My major applied are English and foreign languages. I was born in Taipei city of Taiwan. I graduated from college in Keelung. I have a young sister who lives with my mother in Keelung. I lived in Pin Jeng of Jongli City after I got married.

                  I am twenty- nine years old. There are four people in my family, my husband, daughter and son. My daughter, Lynn, is eight years old; study in the elementary school. My son, Risto is five years old; study in the kindergarten.

                   I am a kindergarten teacher. I have worked for eight years. My hobbies are reading, watching moive and learning new things. Romance movie is my favorite. Also, I like to read about education and DIY. I did hand soap and make cookies before. Sometimes I go to hike with my family. And usually we go to Shihmen Reservoir in the morning than eat fresh fish in restaurant nearly. I wished that I could take my children to travel the world and see a lot of different city.

                    I am glad to study in Lung- Hwa University of science and Technology. Although it made me busier; but I was knew many good friends and teachers. The most important is that I will acquire more knowledge in my life.

Many people like to travel; some of them go travel abroad; some people not. Travel can make person relax, happy, open mind. Especially

What can we do for travel? We can collect information and preaper some things we need.

Decide location. If we have child or graybeard that need safety place .if lovers or couple can choice some location relax.

Choice transportation is important, too .If we go far away that can take airplane or take High Speed Rail Way or by train. Drive a car or take bus for short distance better.

Date is relation to order hotel and ticket you need. Certainly relation the good seasons and beauty view of location.

License is for people will go travel abroad.

Individual things; we just paper some easy take.

Take a happy mood is the most important for the travel.

Weather

  

    When we see sunshine in the sky that is sunny. Sunny also is a name. Give people happy and bright feel .And the name of people, usually are girls, who lively and open hands. In my classroom has one chubby girl – sunny, she really like sunshine , speaks loudly and sound of laughter funny like Stan.


      If we see many gray clouds in the sky, we say the weather was cloud .Always give people a little blue mood, but sometime it is good for play outside, because you will not become a black people.

       Sometimes if you feel hot outside, must want a light wind come. It will make you feel more comfortable .So we said that is a wind day. If it is a cool windy ,reamer put on your jacket to prevent get cold.

           When you hear di da di da out side than feel wet. It will be raining later, you must bright your raincoat or umbrella if you want to outside; a little rain we call a light rain; a lot of rain we call a heavy rain; a lot of rain with big wind we call a rainstorm.

          In Taiwan we rarely see snow day .But when I was child really want to see snowy;

We can play snow ball and make snow man, skiing .Snow world is all white beautiful.But when we grow up to know snowy is very cold and inconvenient; we know how we lucky.

I             f you ask me what weather is my favorite? I will tell you are a sunny day; it makes me happy and smile .But I do not be a black man.

What to eat in Taiwan?

                  What to eat in Taiwan?

                 If some day, your friends visit you who from anther country; what kinds of foods do you intrusion?

              In Taipei you can take them go to Hsimending than to eat Oyster thin noodles .Go to the old historic districts of Shenkeng to eat a strong-smelling preserved bean curd and the grass so. Also you can take them go to Chiufen to eat fish dumplings ; taro bal ; taro stuck up;. Peanut candy. And another one good please is Dan Shui; there can eat stuffed brown tofu; Iron egg; fried fish crackers.

           In  Keelung ; you can take them go to keeling night market. There have Pau Pau Ice and healthy sandwich ; in Hsinchu you can take them to eat rice n oodles(min fan); meat ball soup(gong wan tang). In Taichung can eat sun cake ; in Hualien can eat sticky rice cakes; in Nantou can eat bamboo shoot soup; in Chiayi can eat turkey rice .in Pingtung can eat pigs' feet; in Tainan can eat coffin bread and tan tzai noodles.

       Taiwan has so many delicious foods can eat so what to eat now? ^^

I most thought of human

           I most thought of human was my garden mother who care me when I was a baby. She always said that: I want to see you marriage if I could. In fact I was married early and she saw my first love- Lynn also.



           In my impression my garden mother was a perfect cook, especial about Japan foods that like sushi, of course cook in Chinese foods. Every Chinese New Year and Dragon boat festival, Tomb sweeping day also are our happy day when I was a child. Why? Because in the Chinese New Year, she always paper a lot of foods on table. Many colors and delicious .In Dragon boat festival, we will eat rice dumplings, the rice dumplings was important for me, it was use uncooked rice and no fat of pork, the egg yolk from duck, some dried shrimp, dried mushroom, than all in the leaf. Final put in the hot water cooked. It looked easy but it really very hardly. I try to do after my garden mother died; I did not success so just thought that. Tomb sweeping day my garden mother did spring rolls that we can put any kinds of foods in rolls than put on the peanut powder .It was have fun.


               Good fortune won't last forever. After my daughter one year old, my garden mother was sick than apoplexy than died. But she was very import in my mind and she was I most thought of human.

My last hoilday

My last hoilday was two months ago .Alomst  in July, we went to Tani join up weeding that my counins .In fact I went to there  was  ten years ago , and I was kid.my impression  not very clear ,just have fun.And this time,I went there with my uncle`s   family and my mother ,sisters, my son and daughtrt ,also I had a impornt responsility that was drived car turn with my uncle. I am excide that drive so far way frist time.
Rember  that night we staert about 19:00 , the wther  was clound  than  heavy rain in Tachng , I just can drive sowly and carefuly. But it wondreful sunny in Tain ,we went to lun - hun night mark had some food.
          Especially in Tain  foods we eat and miss  that was coffin , it was use broad and something like cornsurp in side.And had one fish like eel , it tast sweet .I don`t know the english name.After the meal we went to another street that has many stereet peddler,like soybean milk and noodles  .but it was very old and  ancient.We felt very excide than make many pictures.I thought person felt we musr some carzy  there.
        After the delicious foods , it is sleep time, so we drived to maternal grandmother sister `s house, a small and sweet house, when I saw her , I recalled my kind grandmother.Oh ! I hung to her ,it warm I felt. My mother  also felt warm  like mine.All night ,my monther talked with her aunt , it like meet after long separation.
       Following day , we went to Hundred million year Jin Cheng. There was   a level of historical sites .
I were not want to discuss  about million year Jin Cheng .Just enjo in Tainan  ,sunny day  ,good meal , family meet long separation.
       We finshed this hoilday after weeding and we also had good time.
