The perfect partents should have three items.
The first one is love your child , you must really know what is really love your child ,not only give they want , you must give them waht they need and speak how much you love them , like respect their life ,eduction , feeling , but also teach them how to do the correct choices.
The second is time,did you spend time on your child or just busy everyday in your work ,dicide the family day take along with your child ,even just stay home ,reading or watch movie with them ,listen to them ,try to do some thing with them , let them know you really care about them .
The third is make a firend with them, when child grow ,they will be have more thinking different with you ,but if you can try to begood firend with them ,it wii be better know what they are thinking and also they will be nearly with you.

The perfect emplyee must have three personalities.
The first one is Observes into micro , observes your boss and coworks ,you must know what they are thinking and what they wiil do next step.If you can know what your boos thinking about ,and give some suggentions to them at the suitable time than you wiil have more chancese to get promoted.
The second is responsibility , if you have responsibility in your job , it will be bring more chance let you taken seriously in your company .
The third is forward thinking in yor job and less complain with your coworks and your boos. The forward thinking wiil help you work happy more and easily,less complain can make you and your coworks help eachothers.

The second is try to understand their backgaround , some of them have didferent backgaround ,like they did not live with their parents ,so they can not get safe feeling and need more care and ation .some of them maybe got too much love ,so they can not understand what is poor or sadness.How to choice the best way to teach them is a big challenge.
The third is zeal in your work, if you can do this job more than ten years ,you really have warm-heartness , a good teacher always think about the future about their stundents and worried about them .Like their partents even more than their partents.
