who is the perfect teacher

               The perfect must has the three personalities.
The first one is love.Love your stundents and really care about them.Even some of them are not really very smatr but the still studying very hard , do not give up them , even some of them always make you mad every day .
The second is try  to understand their backgaround , some of them have didferent backgaround ,like they did not live with their parents ,so they can not get safe feeling and need more care  and ation .some of them maybe got too much love ,so they can not  understand what is poor or sadness.How to choice the best way to teach them is a big challenge.
The third is zeal in your work, if you can do this job more than ten years ,you really have warm-heartness , a good teacher always think about the future about their stundents and worried about them .Like their partents even more than their partents.
